Chair Yoga - Redeemer Health Fitness Center

Improve muscle tone, strength, and mental well-being with our Fitness Center's Chair Yoga classes!

This eight-week series will begin on Tuesday, June 27 and run until Tuesday, August 22. There will be no session on Tuesday, July 4. The cost for all eight sessions is $80. All sessions will be held at the Redeemer Health Fitness Center, located at 1648 Huntingdon Pike, Meadowbrook, PA 19046.
